Get your facts straight i am the 911 caller the victim was a homeless man asleep on the train there wasn’t any argument he didnt even see the attack coming. The suspect did that for no apparent reason… And the suspect did not remain on the train until flushing he got off a stop before flushing at lorimer st he didnt run away he calmly walked off the train.
I was on the train with the victim and 1 other man when the train stopped at flushing we told the conductor sametime called 911 at 2:32am.
