Dirck the Norseman (7 No. 15th Street) has been open just over a month and already the 6,000 sq ft brewery and restaurant has become a firm neighborhood favorite.
This Thursday, March 13th will mark their official Grand Opening Party, which will be open to the public from 3-5pm.
The grand opening will be an early opportunity to sample the much anticipated house brews such as Helles Gate Smoked Lager and Peter Dolgers Extra Beer, which will be on tap along with 14 other draught beers including imports such as such as Jever, Gaffel, and Kolsch.
To soak up the effects of all the celebratory beer-drinking the kitchen will be rolling out robust dishes such as Braised Pig Knuckle, 11-hour Smoked Brisket, and Brick Chicken with Gremolata Sauce.
