Born with a penchant for hot sauce, Erika makes hot sauce — really, really good hot sauce — without the additives of the store bought kind. Their sauces are 100% vegan, gluten free and have no sugar added or unnatural preservatives. Flavor comes with the heat by hand selected ingredients (which are organic and local as much as possible). The hot sauce is made by hand every week in a commercial kitchen located on an industrious block in Queens, NYC. You can even catch her creations on TV, on Seasons 3 & 4 of Hot Ones.
