After living in NYC my entire life, I found the strongest sense of community in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. My proudest moment as owner and editor of Greenpointers.com is raising over $11,000 for New Yorkers affected by Hurricane Sandy. It shows how neighbors can come together through one small blog and make a big impact.
