Curious, being that NAG said to Greenpoint, take these most recent ULURPs and shove it . . . particularly because the Greenpoint Landing and 77 Commercial Street development sites were not included in the 2005 Rezone Transportation Environmental Impact study.
Um, you are suppose to do the study before you pass the zoning change.
