  1. I don’t understand why Adams is so low in these polls? Ok, he took favors but never lined his pocket with hordes of cash. Yes he could have done better hiring of the people around him. I was never a fan of his termed “chocolate administration” (his words not mine). He didn’t hurt this city and anything he tried was rejected by city council. Look at the other candidates and ask yourself if they are truly better than Adams. Keep that in mind.

      Adams talks a great deal but does very little.

      So far he has been the king of privilege/discrimination.

      Telling whites to move out of Black areas and go back to Iowa.

      Makes the first six deputy mayors women.

      Lets elite basketball players avoid covid shots but not city workers.

      Stating since I am Black, I know how to run Rikers.

      In a recent ceremony noted that the hero cops were not white.

      Now migrant privilege. Instead of sending them back to Texas, accepts thousands with no plan to put or support them.

      Announcing the great majority of his Jewish advisory board are orthodox men.

      Telling the white senior woman who dared to confront Adams, that I are now the Black Master of the plantation and she has to show the master respect.

      Tells the Manhattan borough president not to run against him, since it is important to have a Black Mayor and a Black POTUS too.

  2. @ paul, I agree with you. This single move (your words) is what turned me away from him: And Cuomo’s stupid comments about Mamdani awhile back have soured me on him. What’s-his-name in the red cap just isn’t an option. So I guess I’m voting for Mamdani – only one who hasn’t soiled his diaper, so to speak.
