Night Dancing of the Giglio Is Tonight, Feast Ends Sunday (7/21)

The night dancing of the Giglio at the Feast of Our Lady Mount Carmel takes place in Williamsburg tonight at 7 p.m. The annual festival runs through July 21, and tonight the famous four-ton spire will be hoisted during a procession that involves over 300 lifters, approximately 80 are first time volunteers. The final feast event is on Sunday (7/21) with the “Old Timers Day” Giglio lift at 1 p.m.
