Located in the bullseye of the on-going sewer petroleum vapor epidemic, 128 Huron Street in Greenpoint offers three one-bedroom apartments in the lottery; two of the one-bedrooms are priced at $1,999 for one to two occupants with an annual household income between $68,538 – $111,020. The other one-bedroom apartment is $2,250 per month for one to two occupants with an annual household income between $77,143 – $111,020.
Amenities at 128 Huron St. are listed as stainless steel appliances and a balcony. Apply here by July 19th.
Over in Williamsburg 123, 125, and 127 Boerum St. offers six two-bedroom and one three-bedroom apartments to apply for in the lottery. The two-bedroom apartments are $2,350 per month for two to four occupants with an annual household income between $80,572 – $138,710. The three-bedroom apartment is priced at $2,450 per month for three to six occupants with an annual household income between $84,000 – $160,940.
Amenities at Boerum Street are listed as rooftop, backyard, virtual doorman, card-operated laundry room (additional fees), heating and cooling unit (additional fees). Apply here by July 19.
When I read this I thought it was an Onion joke story but the in quotes gave it away.
