ABC 7reports that a 21-year-old Cypress Hills resident was shot in the head in front of an auto body shop at 10 Meserole Street in Williamsburg. People have not been getting married and having kids for the last app. 30 yrs., so there are less young men in the crime prone yrs. app 15-25 to the point where the replacement level is way below normal and funding for everything from SS to medicare is in dire trouble.
There is always an upside to a major downside.
