Some may say this is a partnership made in heaven. Edith’s and Peter Pan Donut and Pastry Shop (also just called Peter Pan Donut for short) partnered together for a new type of doughnut: an Iced Cafe Coffee & Tahini doughnut.

In an Instagram post, Edith’s called the collaboration with Peter Pan Donut “super fun.”

You can grab this new doughnut starting today and going into the week, with limited quantities on the weekends. Greenpoint staple Peter Pan Donut glazed the donuts to resemble Edith’s iced coffee slushie. This collaboration and new doughnut is a way to celebrate Edith’s turning two. What started as a humble pandemic pop up shop in Paulie Gee’s to two brick and mortar locations, Edith’s has cemented its place within the North Brooklyn community.

Although there are limited quantities, there is no limit on how many each person can buy of this new sour cream cake doughnut topped with a Turkish & Greek coffee glaze as well as creamy tahini (so take that how you will North Brooklyn).

Available all week at both Edith’s locations (495 Lorimer Street and 312 Leonard Street) in Williamsburg and only on the weekends at Peter Pan Donuts (727 Manhattan Ave) in Greenpoint.

User cct7797 on Instagram said it perfectly under Edith’s and Peter Pan Donut’s joint Instagram post announcing the collaboration: “Old icon meets new icon”.

So enjoy what these two icons have to offer and try this new one of a kind creation and get it while you still can (looks like it’s almost sold out already this Monday morning).

  1. Had the donut. It was very good but as expected $2.95 while their regular donuts are $1.50 and imo better like cream crumb, jelly, s’mores, crullers etc.
