Two FDNY firefighters were injured earlier this morning while battling a fire that took more than two hours to contain at a Greenpoint industrial building near Newtown Creek, the NY Daily News reports.

Over 130 EMS and firefighters arrived to help battle the flames that broke out this morning at approximately 2:30 a.m. on the roof of 67 Van Dam St., according to the Greenpoint Post; the address is home to Think Fabricate.

Pix 11 was on the scene and reports that firefighters had to move outside to stop the flames as the roof of the one-story building began to show signs of sagging:

Two firefighters were transported to Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in stable condition and the fire was contained around 5 a.m.; luckily no serious injuries were reported and the source of the fire is being investigated.
