At 188 Humboldt St., a seven-story new development just off Montrose Avenue, there are four studio apartments priced at $2,176 per month for one-to-two occupants with an annual household income (AHI) between $74,606 – $97,110.
In the same building, there are four one-bedroom apartments priced at $2,289 per month for one-to-three occupants with an AHI between $78,480 – $124,930.
Rounding out the “affordable offerings at 188 Humboldt St. are nine two-bedroom apartments for $2,758 per month for two-to-five occupants with an AHI between $94,560 – $149,890.

Near the corner of Flushing Avenue, the six-story new development at 731 Bedford Avenue has three two-bedroom apartments priced at $2,600 per month for two-to-five occupants with an AHI between $89,143 – $111,020.
