Eleven “affordable” apartments in Williamsburg will become available on Friday to apply for via the NYC Housing Connect website.  The two newly constructed buildings hitting the lottery market are less than one street apart at 150 Meserole St. and 142 Manhattan Ave.

At 150 Meserole St. there’s one studio apartment at $1689 per month for one occupant with an annual income between $57,909 – $97,110. In the same building, four one-bedroom apartments at $1999 per month are available for one to two occupants with an annual household income between $68,538 – $111,020, and three two-bedroom apartments at $2,189 per month are available for two to four occupants with an annual household income between $75,052 – $138,710.

Amenities at 150 Meserole Street are listed as “rooftop, washer and dryer, elevator and bike room,” but bike room access comes with an additional fee. The application deadline is August 2nd.

Around the corner at 142 Manhattan Ave. three two-bedroom apartments are available at $2,450 per month for two-to-four occupants with an annual household income between $84,000 – $138,710

The amenities at 142 Manhattan Ave. are listed as rooftop and laundry. The deadline to apply is August 2nd.
