At 434 Manhattan Ave. there are two affordable apartments available. The one bedroom apartment is going for $985 per month and the two bedroom apartment is $1,114 per month. Income requirements range from $33,772 – $43,860 for single applicants for the one bedroom apartment, and from $38,195 – $50,100 for two applicants for the two bedroom apartment.
Amenities include an on-site gym, a roof-top lounge, and laundry facilities. The deadline to apply is November 27.
A brand new six-floor “luxury” rental building marketed as “56N9” located at 56 N 9th St is has nine affordable apartments with rents of $1,165 per month for a two bedroom, $972 per month for a one bedroom and $907 per month for a studio apartment.
Income requirements range from $33,600 – $43,800 per year for a single applicant for the studio, and from $42, 583 – $50,100 per year two applicants for a two-bedroom apartment.
The building features a 24-hour gym, a full-service garage, a rooftop lounge with grilling stations, on-site storage and close proximity to the Williamsburg waterfront; Bushwick Inlet Park is only a block away. The deadline to apply is November 30.
