CBD seems to be all the rage these days, with CBD-infused coffees found many North Brooklyn cafes, CBD vape oils sold at local smoke shops, and potent vials of the stuff sold everywhere from yoga studios to gourmet grocers. What is CBD exactly? It’s the non-THC stuff in marijuana, so it won’t get you blazed, but is said to help with relaxation, anxiety relief and pain management. And for now, it’s legal.
Freehold (45 S 3rd Street) is hosting a CBD-infused farm-to-table outdoor dinner tonight at 7:30pm. Tickets are $75, which gets you a chef’s 4-course dinner created with the organic CBD products—like olive oil—from the brand Plant People. The dinner will be held outside in Freehold’s courtyard.
