This Sunday (April 22, 1-7PM), our Gardens of the Galaxy Spring Market is happening and it’s got a jam-packed schedule of FREE activities including yoga and bootcamp sessions on Greenpoint Loft’s beautiful roof deck with views overlooking the Manhattan skyline and East River. Here’s the schedule:

The Greenpoint YMCA’s 30 minute fitness bootcamp is a challenging and fun total body workout using plyometrics, pushups, squats, planks, and more! All levels welcome.

Starting at 3pm, Hosh Yoga will be holding two donation-based 60 minute rooftop yoga sessions. BYOM (Bring your own mats!)
All Level Vinyasa Flow @ 3pm w/ Emi Iwasa (Hosh Yoga instructor):
Open to all levels and all bodies, this class will focus on the Vinyasa practice of linking breath and movement while flowing from one pose to the next. We will focus on building both strength and flexibility, while guiding the body and mind toward a sense of grounding. Make your kid’s (or your) face a little brighter with pigment and design, as the Greenpoint Y breaks out their brushes to make Tigers, and Fairies, and Batmen (oh my!). You’ll find them upstairs, on the second floor of the Market, before the outdoor terrace.
Henna Tattoos by Miss V
Match the blooming space blossoms by decorating yourself with Miss V’s intricate henna designs. You’ll find her up the stairs on the second floor of the market.
3D Scans and Digital Avatar Creation by Capture Me In 3D
Scan yourself, your dog, your family and make a keepsake replica for the cosmic memories. You can find it right next to the photo booth, upstairs on the second floor of the Market, before the outside terrace.
