I eat my workouts for breakfast. So, in the morning. And then after, I eat actual breakfast.
Morning is the way to go!
I prefer working out after work. It’s a great way to let go of any stress from the workday.
Mornings, definitely. But every now again I enjoy a long run at dusk.
Mornings for me too.
Closer to dusk is more comfortable for me, so I guess I should be working out in the mornings to make it more difficult!

Morning. Get up, admire crazy bed hair, get dressed without caring about whether anything goes with anything else, and kick-start the morning with some exercise.
I like a good workout in the evening, right after work.
RIGHT after I get off work! I can’t manage to wake up early in the morning!
I always like the idea of working out in the morning, but in reality I like to sleep in even more, so evenings tend to be when you’ll find me flexing my muscles.

Definitely right after work – its a great way to de-stress from the day which saves me the hassle of being ratty with the husband when I get home! My husband agrees with me on this!
In the morning is best. Starting my day with a run or a work-out is ideal.
Evenings after work. definitely. walk in the door, drop everything, put on the running shoes and bolt.
Lunch time, that way i can’t find excuses not to workout later. If meetings at work do not let me then after work, good way to destress
Late night exercising, unless there’s a class i’m trying to go to in the morning.
