  1. Morning. Get up, admire crazy bed hair, get dressed without caring about whether anything goes with anything else, and kick-start the morning with some exercise.

  2. I always like the idea of working out in the morning, but in reality I like to sleep in even more, so evenings tend to be when you’ll find me flexing my muscles.

  3. Uhh, whenever Beastanetics Boot Camp meets! Or the AM. It’s such a positive and motivating way to start out your day.

  4. Definitely right after work – its a great way to de-stress from the day which saves me the hassle of being ratty with the husband when I get home! My husband agrees with me on this!

  5. Lunch time, that way i can’t find excuses not to workout later. If meetings at work do not let me then after work, good way to destress
