Speaking of Franklin Street, it seems Curbed heard there’s a new 12-story condo going up right on my block. Ya gotta love the mention of the Astral is such a positive light – not. Outside.in even made a new page dedicated to what I’m sure will be numerous blog posts and internet drama about the place once it starts to sprout. Insert me rolling my eyes right here.
