Laudable, excellent idea. But so disappointing that Maison Jar continues to sell dairy and has not gone vegan. Animal based products are one of the greatest contributers to carbon emissions. Even small farms. It’s boggling that people who champion environmental justice are not willing to see this connection and go vegan for the planet.
