The NYPD found a man disoriented and injured in Transmitter Park, but he is expected to recover.
Police officers responded to the scene around 8:23 am, on March 7, where they discovered the 53-year-old man lying on the sidewalk outside of the park.
The man was soaking wet and unable to speak. He had sustained multiple lacerations and puncture wounds to the chest and abdomen.Â
EMS transported the man to NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue.
The investigation remains ongoing.
