
A trio of “affordable” Williamsburg apartments priced at 130 percent of the area median income will hit the housing lottery on September 30th via the NYC Housing Connect website; apply by October 22nd.

The 4-story residential building at 141 Metropolitan Ave. was constructed in 2018, and the three one-bedroom “affordable” apartments are priced at $2,211 per month.
The units are available for one-to-three occupants with an annual household income between $75,806 – $124,930. A market-rate two-bedroom unit in the building rented earlier this year for $4,250 per month, according to StreetEasy.

Amenities for the building are listed as dishwasher, balcony, roof access, central air conditioning, stainless steel appliances, backyard and video intercom.
