The six-story, 24-unit building between Walton and Wallabout streets replaced a smoked fish processing facility in the former industrial area near the Williamsburg/Bed-Stuy border known as Broadway Triangle.
One studio apartment priced at $938 per month is available for one to two occupants with an annual household income between $32,160 – $54,240.
A single one-bedroom for $1,080 per month is available for one to three occupants with ann annual household income between $37,029 -$57,660.
Three two-bedroom apartments for $1,223 per month are available for two to five occupants with an annual household income between $41,932 – $69,180.
The building amenity is listed as “elevator” and in-unit washer and dryers are available for an additional fee.
