This year, there will also be a number of tours where local guides will walk you through South Greenpoint, Northern Greenpoint, The Leviton Building, and The Other Side of the BQE.

In addition, there will be a number of activities hosted by the community such as Kingsland Wildflowers Rooftop Drink n’ Draw, a screen printing color theory workshop, Morgan Fine Arts Studio Open House, and live music party at Pirate Studios. Go Green! Brooklyn Festival will also return with an open air art gallery in McCarren Park! Check the events page on the GOS site for a full list!

An artist at a Go Green! event

Greenpointers is a proud producer and supporter of this amazing event and we can’t wait to weave in and out of art studios and check out the variety of work – paintings, sculptures, film, photography, fashion, design, electronic arts, and so many different kinds of mediums. We have a huge range of talent here and love to immerse ourselves in the creative energy!

Until then, we will be posting regular previews of participating artists and what’s in store for this year’s GOS so stay tuned!
