Glasserie, one of Greenpoint’s most celebrated restaurants, is soon to be losing its head chef, Sara Kramer.
Kramer is parting ways from Glasserie owner Sara Conklin after what she describes as “difficulty in trying to unite our distinct visions for the restaurant.”
Kramer will be replaced by chef Eldad Shem Tov, who descends from Rene Redzepi’s two Michelin-starred Noma in Copenhagen, rated as one of the best restaurants in the World
