Hello everyone – last weekend marked another entry in the ongoing life of the Greenpoint Food Market. If you haven’t yet been, it is a must! It happens the last Saturday of every month in the basement at the Lutheran Church of the Messiah on Russell Street. It’s a great way to sample the delicious food wares of a great many local vendors.

Here are a few shots I took with my fisheye lens at the event before running off with a juicy pork roll and a bag full of beef jerky… enjoy!

  1. um. you guys. as Joann might be able to tell you…GFM is kind of in limbo for the moment. Might not be the best time to be encouraging everyone to go. Just sayin'.

  2. The same thought crossed my mind, Meghan.

Also, I just got an e-mail from Brooklyn Based regarding the Unfancy Food Show. What's the difference between that and what Joann's running?

  3. This was a draft post sitting in the queue from the end of May. I was cleaning out the drafts and it just got published. Note the date is from 5/26.

    Thanks.
