Walking down Berry this weekend, I noticed these blue doors flung wide open right around the corner from the Gutter. A small chalkboard placed outside announced the arrival of Berry Park. Inside was cavernous, housing several picnic tables and benches, a small stage and an ample bar with various European beers on tap. But the real surprise came when I ascended the stairs to discover this roof top veranda with a second bar and views of the city and the park.
The bar, which is located on the corner of N.14th and Berry, is set to tentatively open this week and will be a great place to snag a couple of roof top drinks in between T-Storms this summer.
