Think twice next time you decide to sketch out and illegally discard a bunch of stuff. Brooklyn Daily Eagle reports the department of sanitation has created a trash crack down unit called the Illegal Dumping Task Force. The sanitation secret agents have successfully busted dumpers through out neighborhoods in Brooklyn, including, of course, Greenpoint.
There are also Illegal Dumping Bounty Programs which offer monetary rewards for reports of illegal dumping – your neighbors are watching!
