Oh where oh where was I on November 7th? The thought of Andrew McCarthy being somewhere here in Greenpoint and me not meeting him and telling him how I fantasized about being Molly Ringwald in Pretty In Pink with his tongue down my throat like that scene in front of her house, just pains me.
Nov. 8, 2007—I am sitting at a table in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, about to do a table read of the first two episodes of Lipstick Jungle, a new television show for NBC based on Candace Bushnell’s novel of the same name.
Le sigh. Now I have a reason to watch Lipstick Jungle, I guess.
