Unbelievable that all our confidential prescriptions were transferred to big-box Rite Aid without our knowledge! Customers had no chance to opt-out of record-sharing before the transfer. Ludicrous there was no chance to keep our records out of the hands of a major corporation – no personal choice for customers to switch to a local pharmacy instead, BEFORE the records were shared. We feel violated.
That’s awful!! Rite Aid has a terrible pharmacy as is but the violation of personal information is unsettling. Get your rx transferred to Altru. A bit of a trek, but still small biz. Sorry this happened to everyone there, had no idea. Breach!
This Rite-Aid transfer is terrible. It should be investigated fully.
Also, If this storefront turns into another pot shop, I’m going to lose my mind.
