A slate of politicians, city residents and activists spoke out in unanimous opposition against a proposed plan from National Grid to upgrade its energy center in Greenpoint during a public hearing Wednesday evening.

Thank you for the article. National Grid is a super lying company. They presented the north Brooklyn Tunnel as different permits not as the whole. Placing it black and brown communities. Now they say the vaporizers are separate too. But they are in the same place. It should be public power than we wouldn’t have to pay investees. We would save money. There would be transparency.
