Another email in the inbox this morning, this one from Jennifer about a fire on Noble last night.

Amazing to me that this fire didn’t make it to any news story I saw last night or this morning, just this quick blurb on Fox news.

MYFOXNY.COM – More than two dozen firefighters battled flames on top of a building on Noble Street in Brooklyn. It happened Wednesday afternoon in he Greenpoint section. There was no immediate word on the cause. So far, no injuries were reported.

It didn’t look like there was much damage outside that particular building, which was good, but it was a stinky fire, I live on Milton and could smell it inside my house when I got home around 5pm last night.

Happy to hear no one was hurt and there didn’t appear to be any damage.

  1. Fire was mostly in the back of the building where most of the damage was located. The owners are one of the nicest people on Noble. It might not look bad from the street but the water and smoke damage inside is terrible.
