The Habitat is always having something cool. Last month I went to their Halloween Party and it was great. The decorations were above and beyond!
So on Sunday December 7th they’re having a Chili Cook-Off Contest. Ten chili chefs will be selected by random drawing on November 30th (one week before the cook-off). To participate all you need is to stop by and submit your name at the bar. But even better, everyone gets to be a judge! For $10 you get a 2oz serving of all ten chili’s (Tums not included) and cast your vote for best and worst.
Prizes are $100 cold hard cash for first place, $50 bar tab for second place and a $25 bar tab for the worst. Heck, I bet I could make a pretty bad chili for a $25 bar tab… but I’ll refrain from subjecting people to beans and ketchup.
