My BFF and lead singer to NYC glam rock band semi-precious-weapons was recently evicted from his Java Street loft. The culprit: the Greenpoint sewage plant. See below:

Justin Tranter and 252 Java have graciously housed many ne’er-do-wells over the past five years (including myself). SPW is playing the Knitting Factory Thursday and Friday night. They are not allowing the sewage plant’s rein of terror and domination to beat them down. You should pick up their new album. I mean, they did just get evicted.

  1. So they were renting a commercial space for residential use. Of course the landlord didn’t care cause no one would use it as an office unless it was dirt cheap. Until now.

Your friend should get advice from a lawyer before he agrees to any “eviction.”
