I was shocked today when I read this little post on the Lost City blog that reported the Czeslawa meat market has been appearing permanently closed recently! This has always been one of my most trusty kielbasa outposts, but I haven’t been a customer as of late (shows how little barbecuing I’ve been doing this season). I guess this gives the Top Chef contestants one less neighborhood meat resource! I sincerely hope this is just a remodel and not a R.I.P. situation…
