This Saturday Ba-Rock Brooklyn is throwing a fundraiser/shin dig in the GPT. For all those interested in live music, short films and supporting this election’s Democratic nominee, twenty dollars will gain you all access to four venues (Permanent Records, Van Gogh’s Radio Lounge, Lost and Found and T.B.D.) that will be featuring at least 17 bands. Meanwhile you can also catch short films at East Coast Aliens. Looks like the party starts around 6pm and if you get hungry during that time, Queens Hideaway will be opening its doors to Ba-Rockers and serving the famished festival goers fish-n-chips.
Its in a fun part of the hood and some BK bands I have been meaning to check out such as Air Waves and The City and Horses will be performing – but I’m going to miss it due to prior obligations – so please go on my behalf!
