I am officially back from my vacation!
It was a great time visiting my Greenpoint ex-pats in North Carolina and Virginia and spending Thanksgiving with my long time friends and their family. I’ve also had enough time with their collective children to last me until next year.
Back at work and pretty busy but I wanted to pass on two worthy fundraisers I received notice from friends going on the ‘hood this holiday season.
First up is the annual Toys for Tots shindig this Saturday. A long standing tradition in the neighborhood that grows every year.

Hey guys,
We are collecting coats for the needy in school. So if you have any that you don’t wear, please drop them off to P.S. 110. I am giving them to the Lions Club. We are actually helping people in our own neighborhood.
Thank you,
Tara
