I may have missed this, but what are the proposed plans for the space once it’s torn down and dug up? Will there be another park similar to Transmitter park, or am I being far too hopeful?
NY developer Dean Palin owns the property and claims to have plans to throw up a residential condo tower on the site but not clear what the current status of those plans are –

Probably too hopeful. The property was purchased some time ago by NY developer Dean Palin and there was talk about him putting up a 40 story residential condo tower there but this was back in 2008-2009, not sure whats happened since –
