  1. I thought that's why we have parks and community gardens in the "city" because it is a city. There are plenty of trees for the squirrels and the doves? to make homes in. Besides since when does a homeowner need approval to cut a tree down in their own back yard? How do you know there wasn't something wrong with the tree.
