The Open Space Alliance for North Brooklyn is having one of their biggest fundraising events of the year, the 7th Annual Party For The Parks. Tickets start at $150 (purchase by Sept 18th for Early Bird pricing), and the party supports the more than 45 parks and playgrounds in Williamsburg and Greenpoint. According to OSA, “The event is part fundraiser; part community celebration for the hundreds of North Brooklynites who invest time and resources in their parks! Because when a community supports its parks, the beauty, health, economy and quality of life of a neighborhood improve!”
The event is happening Thursday, October 18th from 7-10pm, and hosted by Vice Media at 49 S 2nd Street in Williamsburg. Tickets can be purchased here.
