Go Green Greenpoint was the first Earth Day Festival to stake its ground in North Brooklyn back in 2008. The festival works with schools, community groups, and environmentalists to spread awareness about green space. This year, the event will also feature recycling for electronics, books, clothes and toys, as well as yoga, wellness/fitness classes, enviro-friendly merchandise, live music and dance performances.
