If you’ve hungout at The Habitat you’re probably familiar with their fantastic flyers and promo stuff. The graphic designer Nick Hartman is having an exhibition at The Cee Flat Gallery (located above the bar). The Habitat is displaying his work in the bar as well and offering $3 Brooklyn Drafts and $1 Empanadas all night. Definitely worth checking out. Feacebook event here.
The Habitat & Cee Flat Gallery
We are joining forces with The Cee Flat Gallery (located above the bar) to host an exhibition of handmade screenprint posters and paintings by our resident graphic designer Nick Hartman (who creates all of our awesome promo posters and advertisements for the bar). We are displaying his work downstairs in the bar as well as using the upstairs space to show other paintings and prints he has been working on most recently.
The theme is beer (how ironic) and he has made some really cool prints that we are super excited to show off. He has done such amazing work for us in the past two years and we want to pay tribute to him while also kicking off the bar as a future gallery venue for other local artists. The Cee Flat will be open beginning at 6pm and will offer complimentary beer, wine, and food. The Habitat will also be offering $3 Brooklyn Drafts and $1 Empanadas all night.
