During the Total Franklin St. Immersion [TSFI], you’ll get to know the nabe, AND support local Greenpoint shops and restaurants while under the influence of Brooklyn Brewery seasonal and special brews.
RSVP at [email protected] to get a special TSFI card that entitles you to the deals and of course, the beer! The Diamond will be pouring half pints of Brooklyner Weisse; Black Rabbit will serve East India Pale Ale, and t.b.d. will serve Brooklyn Summer Ale (one complimentary glass per person at each).
Pick your TSFI card up between noon and 3 p.m. on May 15 at either The Diamond (43 Franklin Street at Calyer) or at Champion Coffee (1108 Manhattan Ave. near Clay). Then take the day to drink, eat, and shop.
Over a dozen shops and cafes on Franklin Street (listed below) will have serious discounts for those carrying TFSI cards–including 30% off at Hayden-Harnett, 20% off at WORD Bookstore, and menu specials at restaurants like Le Gamin, Anella, and Mrs. Kim’s (formerly The River Barrel until it recently changed its menu offerings to Korean comfort food).
During the crawl, you’ll get your TSFI card stamped after every purchase made and half pint downed. The first 100 to collect 6 stamps, and present them at t.b.d., will get a Brooklyn Brewery tote filled with gifts and coupons from Greenpoint stores including Fred Flare, Pip-Squeak Chapeau, In God We Trust, Alter, and more.
We’ll also select a random person who tweets about the crawl using the hashtag #TFSI to win a complimentary 22-ounce bottle of Brooklyn Brewery Sorachi Ace.
Cheers!
