The Greenpoint Church is holding auditions for their Christmas service that includes a reading of the Christmas story and they’re looking to “Glee” it up for the holiday this year!
You may be wondering why you are receiving this email about a Christmas show at the church. Excellent question. Every year our church has a Christmas service that includes a reading of the Christmas story. This year we wanted to do something a little different- some drama, some singing- kind of like that show Glee, but Greenpoint-style.
So many creative types devote their time to the soup kitchen and food pantry, we thought it would be fun to include any volunteers who are interested. The Christmas show is Sunday, December 20th at 11am.
Auditions are Tuesday, November 3rd and Thursday, November 5th from 7pm to 8:30pm. You do not need to prepare anything. Just show up if you have an interest in acting or singing. If you are interested, email me, Pastor Jen, at jen@greenpointchurch.org and include what time you would like to come by.
