The Greenpoint Gazette has finally gotten a website!
The new managing editor, Kevin Dugan contacted me this week to let me know about it. He also mentioned that he liked the blog Greenpointers because GG “is interested in the “old” GP as well as the “new,”. This is a definite great addition to the web for Greenpointers!
Since 1973, the Greenpoint Gazette has been “the Voice of Greenpoint.” Covering local politics, entertainment, civic organizations, schools, real estate, and business, we are the longest running English language paper dedicated to the Greenpoint/Williamsburg communities.
To our readers, the Gazette is the primary source of information for community events, housing, neighborhood initiatives, and most importantly, the community businesses that serve them.
Our readership not only includes Greenpoint/Williamsburg, but also East Williamsburg, lower Manhattan and Long Island City in Queens. Like our readers, we are dedicated to our neighborhood and keeping a historical record of this ever-changing, vibrant community.
Fantastic news! Thanks Justine!
