Afterwards grab a spiced mulled wine, refreshing Greenpoint Ale or Kombrewcha, and swing by our holiday photo booth. Designed in collaboration by local artist, Colleen Blackard, this year’s dreamy, giant  gumdrop filled Nutcracker landscape is sure to bring wide smiles all around.

Pining for some FREE activities? Head upstairs! Local acupuncturist, Michael Kabram, is offering auricular acupuncture treatments (think ear) between 2-4 and 5-7 p.m. Peenk is making nail art magic. Create your 3D avatar with Capture Me in 3D. Or get your fortune read by Elisa Jiminez for a dose of what 2020 has in store.  Kids can also join the fun with free face painting by Jessica Pineda and crafting rainbow-colored scratch holiday ornaments with Success Academy.

Speaking of free…Early birds can grab a FREE illustrated Greenpoint poster by the amazing artist, Alex Russell. Alex is giving away 100 FREE posters to lucky visitors. Latecomers, don’t worry. You can buy one at discount of $20 a pop. Talk about a sweet deal!

Next stop, fuel up at one of our many local food vendors such as Stanley’s Pierogis, Fabalish, Small Smores, or Legally Addictive Foods for a delicious bite to keep the good times rolling.

When you’re feeling cozy, grab your bae and capture the spirit of the holidays with a Tin Type photo portrait. NYC Tin Type employs photographic techniques from the 1850’s to capture your image on tin metal plates, using a portable darkroom. Soak in the special moment by watching the portrait develop while you wait. Appointments are strongly recommended; walk-ins welcomed, but spots are not guaranteed. Book at NYCtintype.com and reserve your slot today.

With so many fun things to do, this is one holiday event you won’t want to miss. Mark you calendars for Sunday, December 8th 1-7pm @ 67 West Street, 5th Flr.

Huge thanks to our sponsors, without which we could not continue to support local independent business, creativity, and art!

  1. Holiday Markets are nice.
    But I already know what I want for Christmas, as follows.
    Dear Santa:
    I would like you do us a favor though,
    and bring us a NEW & HONEST President for Christmas;
    someone who does not lie & cheat & bribe & extort;
    someone who can read and respects the Rule of Law;
    someone who loves the Constitution instead of being a Conman; someone who does not use public office for private gain;
    someone who loves immigrants more than Putin & our sworn enemies;
    someone who does more than golf all day and watch Fox Fake News; and finally, someone who looks better in tennis shorts than Trump.
    Is that too much to ask, dear Santa?
    P.s.
    A Democratic Senate would also be greatly appreciated.
    P.p.s.
    Forget the part about the tennis shorts
    – I’ll take Bernie in tennis shorts any day.
