The Greenpoint, the 40-story waterfront skyscraper on its way up at 23 India Street, is currently the tallest building in our part of town. It boasts a variety of amenities including a sundeck, two in-house restaurants, a bike room, an interior court yard, a sports court, a laundry room, a children’s playroom, an outdoor entertainment space, a fitness center, and prime access to both the India Street ferry terminal and the new public promenade that will run along the water adjacent to Transmitter Park.
Applications are now open for 140 affordable units in the building. Any New Yorkers earning 40% and 60% of the area median income are welcome to apply by the March 19th, 2018 Deadline.
