Be A Fitness Test Subject at Human@Ease! Sunday (8/18)

Human@Ease is looking for two ideal candidates who are highly motivated to participate in a 12-wk case study.

We are looking for one male and one female between the ages of 24-55 who have struggled with long time weight issues (losing or gaining), and are currently experiencing issues with managing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Each participant must be willing to complete the 12 week program in its entirety with full compliance. Participants’ progress will be photographed, documented and displayed for marketing and informational purposes.

This is a new program that will be launching end of summer called the B.E.S.T You! Plan (Balance. Energy. Strength. Tranquility). It’s an all inclusive holistic fitness, detox, & weight-loss (or gain) program that includes personal training, life & nutritional coaching, body assessments, classes, infrared sauna sessions, data tracking & more.

This program is set up and designed to deal with past conditioning and emotional obstacles related to food; proper diet and exercise education; and strengthening and improving not only the muscular and cardiovascular systems– but all systems of the body. The BEST You! Plan is guaranteed to deliver life long results.

This program is perfect for anyone who has ever struggled with weight issues; lack of strength, energy & motivation; confusion surrounding diet and exercise; health & musculoskeletal issues;  or anyone who just finds it difficult to staying committed to a program.

Each participant will receive 12 consecutive weeks of personal training, life & nutritional coaching, detoxification sessions, & classes. Requirements must be met to be selected for the case study.

Tim Haft, owner/trainer of Beastanetics and Punk Rope gave me a personal training consultation at McCarren Park and now I have some new pull-up techniques, serious ass burn (in a good way) and a new attitude toward running!

Before we met, Tim asked me to tell him my fitness goals:

“My fitness goal are:

1. lose 10lb, because I gained 10lb.
2. Not eat like a fat freak, because I do that.
3. Tone up my butt and thighs.

I am happy with everything else!
