When I get up in the wee morning and do a quick #greenpoint search on Twitter, I’m prepared for anything – fires, hit and runs, and other horrible things – but thankfully my jaw drop this am wasn’t cause by a tragedy – unless missing out on a celebrity PACKED show at Saint Vitus Bar, with Joan Jett singing for Nirvana is a tragedy in your world.
While the Twitter was abuzz with lots of fans feeling like they missed out on a once in a lifetime opportunity, Brooklyn Vegan was there tweeting every minute, like when Deer Tick’s John McCauley fronted the band followed by Kim Gordon.
We are just happy that St. Vincent had the best F’ing night of her life.
