Grand St Restaurant Week Begins Next Week! (2/17-23)

My Mom and I have a thing – it’s called Restaurant Week, and whenever it rolls around I am mixed with excitement but also dread because I only take the subway to Manhattan to get my teeth pulled and otherwise avoid it at all costs.

We have everything we need right here in Brooklyn (except my dentist, apparently) and now the first-ever Grand Street Restaurant Week is happening this Monday, February 17 through Sunday, February 23^rd.

We are all over this.

Organized by the Grand Street Business Improvement District (BID), the Restaurant Week highlights 14 of Grand Street’s eclectic restaurants, offering three-course dinner menus for $25.  Half of the restaurants will also offer $10 two-course lunches.

This is a great opportunity to beat the snow and get a taste of Grand Street for incredibly reasonable prices.  For Grand Street Restaurant Week menus click here.

Participating restaurants include: Bahia (El Salvadorian), Curry Heaven (Indian), Café Chillo (American), Dar 525 (Middle Eastern), Desy’s Clam Bar (Italian), The Grand Bar and Grill (American), Grand Morelos (Mexican), Lily Thai (Thai), Los Primos (Latin), Mahzen Grill (Turkish), Ooba (Latin), The Sandwich Shop, Willburg Café (continental), and Williams & Bailey (American).
