Wolkoff’s Needs Lotsa White Paint After Starting a 5Pointz War

A Save5Pointz Facebook fan commented “they’re gonna need painters on stand by” after the landlord Jerry Walkoff white washed the building overnight, painting over the works of countless of street artists.

A vigil was held on Tuesday night when according to Hyperallergic, “The protesters created a wall of messages to express their grief and anger, and the most popular scrawlings were “5Pointz: Rest in Power” “Beat the Buff!,” and “Fuck the Buff.”
